Shanzikull has his, and Lex now possesses his own if he wants to use it. Most of the discussion is on Skype about this project, but hey... We can put download links and mass updates on here... As well as links to private unlisted videos. So Lex Groh, take it here!

This is what we can make Morrowind look like.

Lex Groh's Machinima - It's Too Late Empty Re: Lex Groh's Machinima - It's Too Late

OK! After going over many of the issues I have had with Morrowind, I have concluded the following:

I will rarely to never use any of the full exterior landmasses such as Morrowind, Tamriel Rebuilt, or Solthiem. There are two ways I can do this and have the full scenery that I want. I can make land meshes and texture them myself a lot like Mornhold, which is complex as f***, or I can go ahead and make exterior scenes, but put them waaay out there out of the mainland's render distance. Preferably, I'd love to have a system much like Oblivion where you can create a lone worldspace, and not have to classify it as an interior cell acting as an exterior. Doing all this will increase FPS a LOT, and allow me to set up an area exactly as I want it for the scene. The only issue I may run into is me having to cover up the water surrounding the background, without it looking like I did that.

I need to have fully mod-able character meshes/textures. This means the mouth moves at will, a more, rounded, humanistic body shape, new animations, and no obvious texture pieces (when you install better bodies with no head mods). And if I do use better bodies, I will need to fix the weird ass hand claw thing. As for the animations, one LARGE thing that aggravates me is there is no transition between animations. When you watch a guard walk somewhere then stop. You see the exact frame where he stops. I want that to be more smooth.

Lastly, I need custom meshes and modders resources. These are plentiful and everywhere, but I need help finding specific ones that resemble Imperial, Hlaalu, Redoran and etc architecture, without being from Morrowind. I want to give viewers something that is obviously from Morrowind, but also completely new.

Another thing I'd like to address while we are on the topic of Morrowind is Project Adrea. This NEEDS to be completed SOON. Mainly the multiplayer. I have been looking into that, and not only do I think it would bring a huge amount of people back to Morrowind with an all-new gameplay style that works better than most of the attempts made before, but it would also make Morrowind machinima EXTREMELY easy compared to what it is right now, especially if the other character's model acted like it does when in multiplayer Minecraft. You clearly see them look around, open doors and other actions. I'd really like to help out in any way I possibly can with Adrea, and I encourage everyone here at DSME who knows anything about programming or modding to do anything you can. Don't let this one die off like so many incredible mods have.
